There is another route from the Delta to the Palais that may be preferable if it is very hot during the convention. It is all under cover, but not fully accessible. It starts with a hidden corridor that you can only get to by walking through the Delta’s restaurant. I videoed the bits that are not underground. Video 3: the Regency ballroom doesn’t belong to the convention; there will be a wedding there (yes, all 5 days! must be Indian). Only babysitting will be down on the bottommost level.
