The BBC is reporting that a deal has been struck to end the feud between the FIA and Formula 1’s teams. Here’s the key sentence:

The IRL and IndyCar split in the late 90’s has basically killed open wheel racing in America. I am glad F1 is smarter than this. I hope this leads to a race returning to North America in a few years.
