Many of you will have seen the terrible news last week that comics genius, Len Wein, lost his home (and his pet dog) to a fire last week. What I hadn’t quite twigged was that Len’s partner, Christine Valada, was in charge of coordinating the Nebula weekend for SFWA. That’s just two weeks away. Understandably Christine now has more important things to do, and SFWA needs help. I know that there are many fine con-runners in the Los Angeles area.
