Maison St. Louis

Maison St. Louis (photo by Martin Hoare)The chocolate shop in the Hotel de France is a legendary feature of Jersey Eastercons. Maison St. Louis produces wonderful chocolates combining the finest techniques of Belgian chocolate-making with the world famous and incredibly creamy milk from Jersey cows.

At Helicon 1 we managed to set a record for the amount of chocolate sold at the shop (around 1.2 tonnes in 5kg bars alone, according to Ansible). That record still stands. Shop Manger Andrew Parker (pictured left) is looking forward to us breaking that record at Helicon 2. How hard can that be? We are talking about chocolate, one of the staple fannish food groups, after all.
